We join you in lifting up your loved one before the throne of grace, seeking healing and comfort from our loving Father. We stand on the promise that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that healing is still part of His plan for His children today.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in praying in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We pray that God's healing power would flow into your loved one's body, healing the damage that COPD and asthma have caused. We claim the promise in Exodus 15:26 WEB:
For I am Yahweh who heals you.
We pray for complete healing from the cough that plagues him, for strength and healing in his lungs, and for a strong immune system that fights off all illnesses, diseases, and viruses. We ask for supernatural strength and comfort to help him through this difficult time, and for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also encourage you to pray and believe together with your loved one, for there is power in agreeing prayer. As it is written in Matthew 18:19 WEB:
Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven.
In this time of need draw close to the Lord, He promises to never leave you or forsake you. We’re here to support you in prayer and encouragement.
Lastly, remind your loved one that even in suffering, God is faithful and good. Consider the words of Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We stand with you in faith, hoping that soon you will testify of God's goodness and healing power.
