We join you in lifting up your loved one in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort. We stand on the promises of God's word, knowing that He is the Great Physician and His will is perfect.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing and comfort for our beloved brother who is battling COPD and asthma. We ask that You touch his body, heal his lungs, and strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please, Lord, ease his cough and help him to breathe easily.
We trust in Your word that says, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" (Jeremiah 30:17 WEB). We believe that You are able to heal and restore, and we ask that You manifest Your healing power in his life.
We also pray for his spiritual strength and encouragement during this time. May he feel Your presence and know that You are with him, giving him comfort and hope. Help him to trust in You, even in the midst of this trial, knowing that You work all things together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24 WEB). We thank You for all that You do for us, and we give You all the praise, honor, and glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Keep praying and believing, for with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).
If there are any areas in his life (or yours) that do not align with biblical principles, we encourage repentance and obedience, knowing that God's will is for our good and His glory.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
