Healing from COPD

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my ### and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please heal his bad cough and help him to breathe easily. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your loved one in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort. We stand on the promises of God's Word, knowing that He is the Great Physician and His will is perfect.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved brother who is battling COPD and asthma. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, especially his lungs. Strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Lord, we plead for relief from his bad cough and for the ability to breathe easily.

We trust in Your Word that says, "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB)

Father, we also pray for his spiritual strength and comfort during this time. May he feel Your presence and know that You are with him every step of the way. We thank You for all that You do for us and for hearing our prayers.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways. Remember the words of Paul, "Most certainly I tell you, that which we suffer works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory." (2 Corinthians 4:17 WEB)

Stay strong in faith and keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. If there are any specific sins that need to be confessed or repented of, do not hesitate to go to God in prayer, knowing that He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Father, we come to You, trusting in Your love and care. We ask for Your healing power to touch our friend, bringing relief to their cough and ease to their breathing. Strengthen their immune system, Lord, to fight off any illness or disease. We claim Your promise in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."

We also lift up their spirit, Lord. Comfort them with Your presence, remind them of Your unfailing love. Help them to trust in You, even in the midst of this trial. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
