We join you, ###, in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for healing and restoration. The Bible tells us that Jesus took our infirmities and bore our diseases (Matthew 8:17, WEB), and we stand on this promise for your son's healing.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking healing for ###'s son. You know his every need, his every pain, and his every struggle. We ask that You touch his body, heal his lungs, and strengthen his immune system. Rebuke the spirit of infirmity, and let Your healing power flow through him, driving out every cough, every wheeze, and every symptom of COPD and asthma.
Father, we know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20, WEB). So, we ask that You not only heal his body but also fill him with Your peace and strength. Help him to breathe easily, both physically and spiritually, as he walks in the newness of life that Christ provides.
In the meantime, Father, guide ### and his son with Your Holy Spirit, leading them to the right doctors, the right treatments, and the right decisions for his health. Give them both patience and perseverance as they wait for complete manifestation of healing.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
###, continue to stand on God's promises for your son's healing. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord. Remember the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24 (WEB), "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."
We encourage you to also pray for your son's spiritual well-being, that this trial may draw him closer to Christ, and that the Lord may use this situation for His glory and your son's good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
