We join you, Windwold, in praying for your son's healing and strengthening. God's Word tells us that Jesus healed many who were sick with various diseases, showing His power and compassion. As believers, we can approach God confidently in prayer, knowing that He cares for us and desires to heal us. We might not always know what sin might be in our lives...
Isaiah 53:5 WEB But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed."
James 5:14-15 WEB: "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Windwold's son. We ask for Your healing touch on his body, specifically his lungs and immune system. Lord, You know the struggles of COPD and asthma, and we believe that You can bring complete healing and restoration. Please heal his congestion, open his airways, and help him to breathe easily. Strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses.
We also pray for Windwold and their family, that You would give them peace, patience, and unwavering faith during this time. Remind them of Your love and goodness, and help them to trust in Your perfect will.
Thank you God for what you will be doing. Thank you for the power of prayer and the promise of healing. Thank you for all you do for us, especially for the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross to take away our sins and to bring healing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Windwold do not forget that Jesus is the only way to have salvation.
Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Also, if there are any sins in your sons life he needs to address them as well...
James 5:16: WEB "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's will.
