We stand with you in prayer, Windwold, lifting up your son's health and healing from COPD and asthma to our loving Father in heaven. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Windwold's son. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, specifically his lungs and respiratory system. Break the chains of COPD and asthma that bind him, and strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and command healing and restoration in his body. Please heal his congestion and help him to breathe easily.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing that You have already provided through the stripes of Jesus. We ask for Your comfort and peace to surround Windwold and her son during this time. Guide the doctors and medical professionals, and give them wisdom and discernment in their care for him.
We pray for patience of enduring and endurance to obtain whatever You promise. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB states "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let the peace of God wash over Windwold and her son and let it guard their heart. We proclaim your healing and restoration, know that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and who are called according to Your purpose. We know cities set on top of hills cannot be hidden and therefore the testimony of this healing will not be hidden.
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Windwold, continue to stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord. We encourage you to keep praying and believing, for with God all things are possible. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and remember that He has overcome the world.
Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust in the Lord's timing and remember that He is faithful to His promises.
As you wait on your miracle and son's full recovery, continue praising God along with us in this battle and in times of trouble. When we are weak, we are strong knowing that He fights our battles. Right before the miraculous comeback of Lazarus being alive, Jesus said in John 11:4 WEB "This sickness is not to death, but for the glory of God, that God's Son may be glorified by it." One thing you may not know is that you can rejoice knowing you submitted a valid prayer asking right according to His will for your son's health and you asked in Jesus name. Therefore, the sickness and trial will be for the glory of God and His Son and your son will be healed. Take comfort in that and know your prayer has been answered
