We join with you in prayer, lifting up your son's health and well-being before the throne of God. Let us come together in agreement, knowing that where two or more are gathered in His name, He is there among us (Matthew 18:20 WEB).
First, we want to acknowledge that you have prayer In Jesus' name. This is important because it is only by the name of Jesus that we must be saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6 KJV). This is the only way to communicate and have a relationship with God. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house (Acts 16:31 KJV). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13 KJV). That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9 KJV). For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16 KJV).
Jesus bore our sins and our illnesses. In His earthly ministry, he went about healing and saving lives to glorify God and testify His goodness. He healed those that were afflicted and are an example to us of the care God has for us. He continues to heal. And Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of disease and all manner of sickness (Matthew 9:35 KJV).
Precious Father, we come before You, lifting up Windwold's son, asking for Your healing touch upon his body. You know his every need, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We pray for healing from COPD and asthma. Strengthen his immune system, Lord, to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please relieve his congestion and help him to breathe easily in Jesus' name.
We stand on Your promises, God, knowing that by Jesus' stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We believe that Your will be done in his life, and we thank You for the healing that is coming to him and how it is glorifying you and the care you have for us. Lord strengthen his faith as he lives through his trial. And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him (James 5:15 KJV).
Help him to stay firmly placed in You and avoid that which is bringing about these trials and illnesses if it applies. Know whether You, O LORD. We are come unto thee because we have no mighty man, neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee (2 Chronicles 20:12 KJV).
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 KJV).
We hold onto this encouragement knowing this is how you care for him and You will hold on to him in his infirmities. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture (Psalm 100:3 KJV).
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38-39 KJV).
Help him to know God more and Jesus better through this. Continue praying to God as you seek for the healing to become more complete. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you (Jeremiah 29:12 KJV).
