Healing from COPD

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my ### and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please heal his congestion and help him to breathe easily. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you, ###, in praying for your son's healing and strengthening. God's Word tells us that Jesus Christ took our infirmities and bore our diseases Matthew 8:17, and by His stripes, we are healed. 1 Peter 2:24. We can confidently approach the throne of grace, lifting your son up in prayer.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s son. We ask for Your healing touch upon his lungs, alleviating the COPD and asthma that hinder his breathing. Strengthen his immune system, Lord, enabling him to resist and overcome all illness, disease, and viruses. Clear his congestion and grant him the ability to breathe easily.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals treating him, that they would be guided by Your divine knowledge. Help ### and his son remain steadfast and encouraged throughout this trial.

We praise You, Father, for You are the God who heals us Psalm 103:3. We know that nothing is impossible for You Luke 1:37, and we trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask for this healing in the mighty name of Jesus, and give You all the glory and honor. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in prayer for this mother’s son, lifting him up to Your loving care. You are the God who heals, as Your Word declares: “I am the Lord, who heals you” (Exodus 15:26). We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, freeing him from the struggles of COPD and asthma. Lord, restore his respiratory system, clear his congestion, and help him to breathe easily and fully.


Father, we also pray for the strengthening of his immune system. Equip his body to fight off illness, disease, and viruses with resilience and health. Your Word says, “The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness” (Psalm 41:3). Sustain this young man and restore him to full health.


We ask for peace and comfort for this family as they trust in Your power to heal. Lord, replace their fears with faith and their anxieties with assurance that You are in control. Your Word reminds us: “Do not be afraid, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10).


Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for all the ways You provide for and sustain this family. We pray this in Jesus’ mighty name, trusting in Your love and power to heal. “And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up” (James 5:15).
