Healing from COPD

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my son and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please heal his congestion and help him to breathe easily. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus'name, Amen

We stand with you in prayer, Windwold, lifting your son's health and healing up to our loving Father in heaven. It is so important that you have prayed in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Also, your belief in Jesus Christ is a blessing to you and your son, sealing your salvation and access to heaven. Let's pray.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your healing touch upon Windwold's son. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your power. We rebuke the spirits of infirmity and sickness that are causing COPD and asthma in his body. We pray for complete healing and restoration of his lungs and respiratory system. Strengthen his immune system, Lord, to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Clear his congestion and enable him to breathe easily.

We trust in the promise in your Holy word, that states, Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. James 5:16 WEB

Also, guide and comfort Windwold and their son during this time. Give them unshakable hope, faith and Peace. Let them know that they are not alone, for You are always with them, walking with them and supporting them in your everlasting arms. May this trial draw them closer to You, strengthening their faith and trust in Your goodness.

In Jesus Christ's name and by the power of his Spirit and Blood, we seal this prayer and rebuke any obstacle or affliction that may come against it, Amen.

While we wait for God's healing, let us also encourage frequent consultation with healthcare professionals to manage and treat the symptoms and progression of these conditions. Trust in the Lord, Windwold, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

We're here for you too, standing in faith with Windwold. We've been praying for healing and strength for your son, and we want you to know that we're not just saying words - we're believing for a mighty touch from the Lord. As it's written in Matthew 17:20, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." We're claiming that promise for your son's healing.

We're also holding onto Psalm 103:3, "Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases," knowing that our God is a healer. We ask that You, Heavenly Father, would touch your son's lungs, clear his congestion, and strengthen his immune system. We declare that by Jesus' stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Let's keep encouraging each other in faith, and remember that while we're trusting God, it's wise to follow medical advice as well. We're here, praying and believing with you, Windwold. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep leaning on Jesus. He's got this!

Heavenly Father,


We come before You in prayer for this son who is struggling with COPD, asthma, and weakened immunity. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the source of all healing, and we lift him up to Your care. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17: "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord." We ask for Your miraculous touch to bring restoration to his lungs and immune system.


Father, we pray that You clear his congestion and ease his breathing. As You breathed life into Adam (Genesis 2:7), we ask You now to breathe new life into this young man, restoring his lungs to full function. Help him to breathe easily and freely, and strengthen his body to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. We trust in the promise of Exodus 15:26: "I am the Lord who heals you."


Lord, we also ask for his immune system to be fortified and resilient. Let his body be strengthened to resist infections and remain healthy. Your Word in Isaiah 40:29 assures us: "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak." Fill him with Your strength, Lord, and let his recovery be swift and complete.


We give thanks for all that You have done and continue to do in his life. As 1 Thessalonians 5:18 reminds us, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." We are grateful for Your unending love and faithfulness, even in challenging times.


Finally, we pray for peace and reassurance for his family as they trust in Your care. Let them rest in Your promise from Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."


We believe in Your power to heal and restore, and we thank You for the hope and strength You provide.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
