We join with you, Windwold, in praying for your son's healing and strengthening. It is so important that you have mentioned Jesus' name in the prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Let us pray together and offer some encouraging words from scripture.
In Jesus' name, we come before God the Father, asking for healing and comfort for your son. Let us agree and pray together in faith. For where two or three are gathered together in Jesus' name, there He is in the midst of them. We thank God for the promises in His word, that by Jesus, stripes your son was healed. Therefore, let us confidently proclaim and claim this promise.
Let God's Word speak to our hearts: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" – Isaiah 53:5. "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" – James 5:16. Furthermore, we are instructed to call the elders of the church to pray and be anointed with oil for healing.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch on Windwold's son. We pray that his lungs and everything else will be healed and function properly. We rebuke anything that is not from God in the name of Jesus. Lord, strengthen his immune system, and help him to breathe easily. We declare no virus, nor bacteria, nor any illness shall prevail against him, nor your family. Father, we all need peace, comfort, and reassurance of your presence at this time. Pour out your Holy Spirit on the family and fill them with love and hope. Father, your Word is medicine to our flesh. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust the Lord and believe by faith that God the Father has started His mighty work in your son and He will complete it. Let us give all our anxieties to Him, for He cares for you and all those who need his help. While praying, let all believers follow the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit for any further directions. Keep contending together in earnest prayer, and encourage your son to do the same. In addition, make sure your family is serving God in a local Christian church.
