We join you, Windwold, in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, seeking healing and strength for him. We stand in agreement with you, believing that our Heavenly Father hears our prayers and is willing and able to heal, according to His will.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as our Lord taught us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask for in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14 WEB).
We pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Windwold's son. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, that You would heal him from COPD and asthma, and strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and with You, nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37 WEB).
We ask that You ease his cough and help him to breathe freely. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity attacking his body, and we speak life and health over him, in the name of Jesus. We ask for Your grace and strength to sustain him, even as he goes through this trial (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB).
Father, we also pray for Windwold and his family, that You would comfort them and fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding. We ask that Your love and grace would be upon them (John 16:33 WEB).
We trust in Your promises, Lord, and believe that Your will is for Windwold's son to be healed and whole (3 John 1:2 WEB). We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Windwold, continue to stand strong in faith, trusting in God's love and power. We encourage you with these words from the Psalmist, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh," (Jeremiah 30:17 WEB). Be encouraged, be hopeful and be steadfast in your prayers. We are praying with you and for you.
