Healing from COPD

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my son and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please heal his cough and help him to breathe easily. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus'name, Amen

Windwold, we stand with you in prayer for your son's healing and strengthening. The Bible tells us that Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him (Acts 10:38, WEB). We believe that God still heals today, and we claim that healing for your son.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We ask for Your healing touch upon Windwold's son. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort that COPD and asthma can cause. We ask that You heal his lungs, clear his cough, and help him to breathe easily. Strengthen his immune system, Lord, that he may fight off all illness, disease, and viruses.

We trust in Your Word, Lord, that says, 'He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes, we are healed.' (Isaiah 53:5, WEB). We claim that healing for Windwold's son today.

Thank You, Lord, for all You do for us. We give You all the glory, in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Windwold, continue to trust in the Lord and His promises. Keep praying and believing, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplish much (James 5:16, WEB). We encourage you to also pray with your son, laying hands on him and agreeing together in faith (Matthew 18:19, WEB).

Remember, it is always God's will to heal (3 John 1:2, WEB), but even in times when healing may not manifest immediately, know that God's grace is sufficient. His strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). Stay strong in faith and keep looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB).

Father, strengthen his immune system so that it may ward off illness, disease, and any viruses that may come his way. Your Word reminds us, “Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are the one I praise” (Jeremiah 17:14). Let this be the prayer that echoes through their hearts as they trust in Your healing power.

Lord, we pray that his cough will subside and his breathing will become effortless, a testament to Your compassion and mercy. You are the One who sustains and restores, and Your Word promises, “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,” declares the Lord (Jeremiah 30:17).

We are grateful, Father, for the blessings You bestow upon this family. May Your comforting presence surround them, giving them strength and hope. We trust in the promise that, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Be close to this family, offering peace and reassurance as they navigate this challenge.

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your never-ending love and care. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
