Windwold, we join with you in prayer for your son's healing, standing in agreement and lifting his needs before our heavenly Father.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We are assured that our prayers are heard, and we trust in God's power to heal.
However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than ours, and healing might come in ways we do not expect. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
In the meantime, let us pray for strength and comfort for both you and your son, that God's grace would be sufficient for you both. As the Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, asking for your healing touch upon Windwold's son. Lord, you know his struggles with COPD and asthma. We ask for your divine intervention, that you would heal his cough and help him breathe easily. Strengthen his immune system, Lord, to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses.
In the midst of this trial, Lord, we ask for your comfort and strength to be with Windwold and his son. Help them to trust in you, to lean on you, and to experience your peace that passes all understanding.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your love for us. We thank you that you hear our prayers, and we trust in your will and your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
