Healing from COPD

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my son and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. Please heal his bad cold and help him to breathe easily in this heat and humidity. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus'name, Amen

We stand with you, Windwold, in praying for your son's healing. Let us come together and bring your request before the Lord.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. As our Lord teaches, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14 WEB).

Let us pray:

Almighty Father, we approach Your throne of grace with confidence in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Windwold's son to You, seeking Your divine healing. You know his every breath and need, Lord. Please touch his body and heal him completely from COPD and asthma. Strengthen his immune system to fight off every illness, disease, and virus. Heal his cold and help him breathe easily, even in the heat and humidity. Lord, we know that You are our great Healer, and we trust in Your power and goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing on God's promises for your son. Remember, our God "is the one who heals you" (Exodus 15:26 WEB). Trust in His ability and willingness to heal.

Lastly, ensure that you and your son are in close relationship with the Lord Jesus, as it is through His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). If your son hasn't already, encourage him to confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, for this is how we are saved (Romans 10:9). For it is in Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We've been reminded of 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
