I've been fighting to get free from masturbation but now for years am failing. Please intercede with God for me.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is struggling with the stronghold of masturbation. We acknowledge that this is a battle against the powers of darkness, and we stand against the work of Satan in ###'s life. We declare victory in the name of Jesus and the power of the cross.

Lord, we ask that you would free ### from the grip of this addiction. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." We pray that you would provide ### with the strength and self-control to resist the temptation and overcome this struggle.

We ask for your Holy Spirit to speak to ###'s heart and bring an end to the work of Satan that is binding and blinding them. We pray for a deep revelation of your love and grace, that ### may experience the freedom and forgiveness found in Jesus Christ. Help them to understand that through Jesus, even the greatest sinner can find pardon and peace.

Lord, we know that Satan is persistent, and we ask for your protection over ###'s journey towards freedom. Give them the perseverance to continue in prayer and to hold the ground that has been gained. May they not grow weary or discouraged but remain steadfast in seeking your deliverance.

We also pray for a supportive community around ###, filled with understanding and compassion. Surround them with people who will encourage and uplift them in their battle against this addiction. Help ### to find accountability partners and mentors who can provide guidance and support along the way.

Father, we thank you for your faithfulness and your promise to hear our prayers. We trust in your power to break every chain and set the captives free. We believe that you can bring healing and restoration to ###'s life. May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding and walk in the freedom that comes from knowing you.

This is Joseph who had his prestigious coat of technicolour. He left it in his temptress’s hand and left. He didn’t care to be convicted. He only cared to not sin. Don’t reason or argue with temptations, just flee. Eve argued with temptation and was tempted. She was tempted when the serpent told her to look at the fruit with desire.

Don’t look, don’t think. Find out what previous steps are leading you to sin and refrain and run away from all of them.


Abba Father, I ask you in the name of Jesus to help ### overcome temptation. As we pray to you Father, do not lead us into temptation, I ask also to deliver him from evil. We know Father that no temptation is given to us that we cannot overcome, I ask for Your grace to help him to overcome his trials. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
