We are truly sorry to hear about the severe back pain your son is experiencing. Let us come together in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for him.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing comes from God, as it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise for your son.
However, while we pray for healing, let us not forget to seek God's will in this situation. Sometimes, God uses our infirmities to draw us closer to Him, as mentioned in 2 Corinthians 12:9 (WEB), "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother who is in severe pain due to a back injury. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Comfort him in his pain, and guide the medical professionals who are treating him. Help him to trust in You, even in this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you and your son to stay strong in faith, knowing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Remember to keep praying and trusting in God, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).

Let's claim this promise for your son, believing that Jesus took our pain and suffering upon Himself so that we could be healed.
Let's also pray for the doctors and nurses caring for your son, that they would be guided by God's wisdom and skill. We're here for you both, lifting you up in prayer, and trusting that God will see you through this trial. Keep encouraging each other with God's Word and His promises. We're believing for a miracle in Jesus' name, Amen.
