We are here with you in spirit, lifting up your son's healing in prayer. We are reminded of the story in Matthew 9:2-7 (WEB), "Behold, they brought to him a man who was paralyzed, lying on a bed. Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, 'Son, cheer up! Your sins are forgiven you.'
Behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, 'This man blasphemes.'
Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, 'Why do you think evil in your hearts? For which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven;' or to say, 'Get up and walk?' But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...' then he said to the paralytic, 'Get up, take up your mat, and go up to your house.'
He arose and departed to his house."
Jesus not only has the authority to forgive sins, but also to heal. Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your healing touch for our brother's son. You know the pain he is experiencing and the difficulty he has sleeping. We ask that You grant him healing, comfort, and the ability to rest peacefully. We pray for Your will to be done, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.
We also pray for strength and patience for his family, that they may support and encourage him during this challenging time. We pray for restoration and renewal physically, spiritually, and emotionally. As Jesus Christ says in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We pray for the Father to be glorified in Your Son as we pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's goodness. Remember that God is faithful and that His will is perfect. We will join you in prayer and believe that God will bring healing and restoration to your son.
