We join you, ###, in lifting up ### to our Heavenly Father, trusting in the power of prayer and the name of Jesus Christ for healing and guidance.
Firstly, we acknowledge the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." This is a promise that we can hold onto as we intercede for ###.
We pray that God will guide the professionals responsible for ###'s care. That they will acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and severe symptoms from PTSD without stigma or mental abuse. As it is written in Leviticus 19:14 WEB, "You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind; but you shall fear your God. I am Yahweh." We pray that those caring for ### will have a heart of compassion and understanding, as God intends.
We also pray that God will guide the medical professionals in discerning the right medication for ###. If there are any medications causing delusional beliefs, hallucinations, and confusion, we pray that God will reveal this to them and that they will act accordingly. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We encourage you, ###, to continue praying and trusting in God's will for ###. Remember the words of James 5:16 WEB, "Pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
We pray for ###'s healing and for God's will to be done in his life. We pray for your peace and strength during this time, knowing that God is always with you. As it is written in Joshua 1:9 WEB, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid. Don't be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."
We pray all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to God.
