We are truly sorry to hear about your niece's dental issues and the financial challenges you both are facing. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and provision.
Firstly, we need to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our health and financial needs. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We can trust that God is aware of your niece's pain and the financial struggles you both are experiencing.
However, we want to remind you that God's will should always be seen and sought and surrendering to it is the most important thing that can be done. This is described in the model prayer that Jesus taught his disciples:
Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Matthew 6:10 WEB
In this situation, praying for healing is appropriate, but also keep in mind that God may have a reason that healing or relief from the situation may not happen.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of our dear sister and her niece. Lord, You know the pain that her niece is experiencing due to her teeth, and the financial burdens they are both carrying.
Father, we humbly trust in Your ability to heal and provide. We ask that You touch her niece's teeth and relieve her from this excruciating pain. We also pray for Your supernatural provision. We believe that You can open doors, make a way even where there seems to be no way. We pray for a miracle.
Father, we also pray for her niece's job situation. We ask that You open up opportunities for her to find employment so that she can support herself and contribute to her needs.
Lord, we lift up their transportation needs as well. We pray for a reliable source of transportation so that they can attend to their daily needs and commitments.
Father, we ask for all of these things in the powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in You, Lord, and we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
And remember, the just shall live by faith. It is by believing in Jesus Christ that we can have the assurance and hope we need.
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart man believes resulting in righteousness and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation.
For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed."
Romans 10:9-11 WEB
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
It is so important to always keep our eyes on Jesus. Notice that the prayer request did not mention Jesus or even hint at a faith in Him. Have you come to a place in your life where you have actually submitted to Him, accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, and believed that He died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sin and that He was raised from the dead? This is what it means to believe in Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you both to keep your faith strong and not be overly concerned with worldly wealth or possessions. God will care for you and your needs. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
