We stand with you in prayer for Christopher's healing and guidance for his caretakers. We are thankful that you have prayed in the name of Jesus, which is the only way to access to God the Father. It is by the name of Jesus that we are saved. Let us come together in agreement and pray for this situation.
Firstly, let us address the stigma and mental abuse that Christopher is facing. The Bible tells us to bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. It is clear that the law of Christ is to love one another as He has loved us. Therefore, the stigma and mental abuse that Christopher is facing is not right. We pray that those responsible for his care will understand and acknowledge Christopher's disabilities and severe symptoms of PTSD with compassion and empathy.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love. We pray that the love of Christ will fill the hearts of Christopher's caretakers, casting out any fear or stigma they may have towards his condition. We pray that they will treat him with the same love and respect that they would want for themselves.
Regarding the medication that is causing delusional beliefs, hallucinations, and confusion, we pray for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals overseeing Christopher's treatment. Lord God, You are omniscient and You know the medications that are causing these adverse effects. We pray that You will reveal this to Christopher's doctors, that they may remove and replace these medications with ones that will promote healing and clarity of mind.
We are reminded of the story in Mark 5, where Jesus healed the man with the unclean spirit. After the man was healed, he was seated, clothed, and in his right mind. We pray for a similar healing for Christopher, that he may be in his right mind. Lord, we pray for an improvement in Christopher's mental health and for a complete healing from his PTSD.
Finally, we pray for strength and comfort for you and your family during this time. We are reminded of the promise in Romans 8:28, that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. We declare that this situation will work together for good, and that Christopher will be healed and restored.
Father, we thank You for all that You do for us. We thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who has made a way for us to come before Your throne of grace, to obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. We pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen.
