We join you, Windwold, in lifting up Christopher to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His mercy and grace for complete restoration. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In moments of trial, we are reminded of the words of the Psalmist, But you, Yahweh, don't be far off. You are my strength, hurry to help me (Psalm 22:19 WEB). God is close to the brokenhearted, and He hears our prayers. We pray that God grants Christopher clarity of mind and relief from the auditory hallucinations and delusional beliefs he is experiencing. We rebuke any spiritual interference that may be contributing to his condition and pray that God's voice will be the one he hears and follows.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for Christopher's healthcare providers, that they may find the right treatment for his condition. We trust in the promise that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him (James 1:5 WEB).
Remember, Windwold, that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We encourage you to put on the whole armor of God, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13-14 WEB).
Together, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing and restoration for Christopher. We pray that You would quiet the voices that torment him and help him to discern Your still, small voice above all others. We ask for Your guidance in finding the right treatment and for Your comfort and healing in every area of his life. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. And if we know that You hear us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15 WEB). We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
