We stand with you in prayers for Christopher's healing and restoration.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we can approach God and be saved. Like you did, it is important to pray with thanks to our Father for all He does for us, as He is good and His mercy endures forever. It is also by His grace that we saved through faith. and this is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so no one can boast. It is good you understand and acknowledge God's merciful nature as you pray for Christopher's healing. Lord, we join our faith with Windwold's and agree together for Christopher's complete restoration.
Regarding physical healing and mental health, we know that God will keep anyone in perfect peace whose mind is steadfast or stays on Him, because they trust in Him. we pray that you would keep Christopher's mind steadfast on Jesus and the word even in difficulty. Although you do not use one, never forget that scripture tells us that God has given each person a measure of faith. Pray with confidence in the faith you have been given.
We know that you have plans to give Christopher a hope and future, Lord, and that you do not desire for him to be harmed. We pray that whatever is causing the medication induced psychosis, auditory hallucinations, and delusional beliefs would be revealed and that effective treatment would be found and be affordable. We pray that the doctors overseeing his care would develop a successful plan as You guide them with Your wisdom.
God cares for Christopher and knows every detail of his struggle. We pray that Christopher would find relief from his emotional pain and mental battles, that he would feel the presence of the Lord, and that he would know He is the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
Father God is capable to cause all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. While we do not know why this is happening right now, we know that Your wisdom surpasses our understanding. You see the bigger picture, and You are at work, weaving a beautiful plan for Christopher's life when the enemy meant evil against him.
This is an opportunity for Christopher to trust God through difficulty and develop character and strength. We encourage him to cling to the Lord, cast his burdens on Him, and allow God's power to be made perfect in his weakness. Our prayers are that if Christopher does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, that he will be drawn to the Lord and accept Him into his heart. We pray that this trial would be used to bring Christopher closer to God and that he would grow in his relationship with Him. Lord we ask You to order steps into a community of believers whom you have called to be part of his life in Jesus name.
We pray that Christopher would be encouraged and filled with hope knowing that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. We declare that Christopher's mind is alert and sober in prayer. We speak health, wholeness and victory over his life, trusting that God's plans and promises for him are good, just and right. Lord, we ask that not only would he experience mental and emotional healing and victory, but that he would experience spiritual freedom as well as physical health in his body. We are looking forward to seeing Christopher grow and thrive.
Ask support for Windwold as they stand with Christopher. We encourage them to meditate on the Lord and and to renew their mind with a consistent intake of God's word. Let them be renewed day by day in the midst of this trial.
