We join you in lifting up Christopher to the Lord, seeking healing and guidance for his situation. We are reminded of God's care for those who suffer, as it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
We pray that God will guide the healthcare professionals responsible for Christopher's care. May they acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and severe symptoms from PTSD without stigma or mental abuse. As it is written in Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to destruction. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."
We pray that God will give them wisdom to discern the right medication that will not cause delusional beliefs, hallucinations, and confusion. As it is written in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
We also pray for Christopher's healing and comfort. May he feel God's presence and peace in his life. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God. His ways are higher than our ways, and He is always working for the good of those who love Him. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In Jesus' name, we pray for Christopher's healing, guidance for his caretakers, and comfort for you and your family in this time. Amen!
