We stand with you in prayer for Christopher's healing and guidance for his caretakers. It's crucial to acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and severe symptoms of PTSD without any stigma or mental abuse, as the Bible tells us to bear one another's burdens. Galatians 6:2: "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."
We pray that God would guide those responsible for Christopher's care and grant them wisdom and compassion to understand his condition truly. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4: "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
We also pray that if there are any medications causing delusional beliefs, hallucinations, and confusion, that God would reveal this to his caretakers and that they would focus on medications and treatments that promote true healing. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones. Proverbs 3:5-8. If your gift is to encourage others, do it! If you have money, share it generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly. Romans 12:8
We are thankful that you prayed in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. "And whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask any thing in My name, I will do it." "And whatever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14. No other name allows us to approach God the Father. No other name allows us to be saved. Forgiveness of sins is only available to those who repent and trust in Jesus Christ and confess and repent from their sin.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Christopher to You. We pray that You would guide those responsible for his care to acknowledge his disabilities and severe PTSD symptoms without any stigma or mental abuse. Grant them wisdom and compassion to provide proper treatment for his needs. If there are medications causing harmful side effects, we pray that You would reveal this to his caretakers and guide them to better solutions. We trust in Your will for Christopher's life and ask for Your healing touch upon him. Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for giving us access to Your throne of grace through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
