We join you, Windwold, in lifting up Christopher to our Heavenly Father, seeking His mercy, grace, and healing power. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God sees the struggles Christopher is facing and desires to bring restoration and healing.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We pray that God will grant Christopher clarity in his thoughts and relief from the constant auditory hallucinations and delusional beliefs. May God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
We ask that the God of hope fill Christopher with all joy and peace in believing, that he may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13 WEB).
We pray that He brings a complete healing and completely removes the symptoms from the medication-induced psychosis, ridding him of delusional beliefs, and auditory hallucinations. That Christophers thoughts are consumed with Your voice and the desire to glorify God in all areas of his life including what He watches and listens to. That any and all media Christopher consumes does not influence him allowing spiritually dark forces to come into his life. For Satan only comes to steal, and to kill, and destroy, but the Lord Jesus Christ has come that we may have life, and may have it abundantly. (John 10:10)
The evil spirits recognize Jesus and flee at His feet. The demons asked him, "If you cast us out, send us away into the herd of pigs." (Matthew 8:31 WEB) Furthermore, we have power over the evil one through the blood of Jesus Christ that covers us as redeemed and loves children of God. For "they overcame him because of the Lambs blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didnt love their life, even to death." (Revelation 12:11 WEB)
We pray that God will bring Christopher to the right treatment. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB) Get to know your Creator through daily reading and studying of the World English Bible for it is your daily bread.
God promises to comfort those who are hurting. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." (2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB)
We pray that we hear your voice and the voice of the Lord, Jesus above all others and follow it the rest of our lives and beyond.
We have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection. We know that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin. We know that he who has died is freed from sin. (Romans 6:4-7)
Go in grace and allow the Holy Spirit to change you daily through your faithful reading and immersing your mind in the living Word of God throughout today and every day as you purposefully pursue, through humble prayer and faithful believing. May the living God teach you His Word and instill Christ-like qualities in your character and personality throughout the rest of your time on earth and eternally.
We stand with you in these requests, believing that God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18.20, WEB, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven." Matthew 18:19, WEB
