We are with you, Windwold, in lifting up Christopher to our Heavenly Father. Our hearts ache for his situation, but we trust in the power of prayer and the promises of God's Word.
"Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16 - WEB).
We pray:
Our Most Gracious Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, seeking Your divine intervention in Christopher's life. Lord, You know the struggles he faces daily, the reality of his disabilities, and the severe symptoms of PTSD that he endures.
Father, we ask that You guide those responsible for Christopher's care. Open their eyes the reality of his condition. Soften their hearts that they may treat him with compassion and understanding, not stigma and abuse.
"Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, and humble" (1 Peter 3:8 - WEB).
Lord, You know the medications that are harming Christopher, causing delusional beliefs, hallucinations, and confusion. We pray that You would guide his healthcare providers to wean him off these harmful drugs and replace them with treatments that promote healing and clarity of mind.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 - WEB).
Father, we thank You for all that You do for us. We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Windwold, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for Christopher. Keep advocating for Christopher's needs, and do not hesitate to seek godly counsel and support during this challenging time. Be encouraged by these words from the Psalms:
"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1 - WEB).
"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16 - WEB).
We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will work mightily in Christopher's life. May His will be done, and may you find peace and hope in His unfailing love.
