We join with you, Windwold, in lifting up your son Christopher to our Heavenly Father, seeking healing and guidance for his care. We stand on the promises of God, knowing that He cares deeply for our welfare (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:13-14, WEB). It's crucial to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
We pray that God will guide those responsible for Christopher's care, opening their eyes to acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and severe symptoms from PTSD. May they treat him with compassion, understanding, and respect, without stigma or mental abuse. We pray for wisdom for the medical professionals, that they would make informed decisions regarding Christopher's medication, removing and replacing any that cause delusional beliefs and hallucinations (James 1:5, WEB).
We claim God's promise of healing, knowing that He can restore health to our bodies and minds (Psalm 103:2-3, WEB). We pray for Christopher's complete healing and for strength to endure this difficult time (Isaiah 40:31, WEB).
In the midst of this trial, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, drawing near to Him, and casting all your cares upon Him. He is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Father in Heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Christopher to You. Please guide those involved in his care, give them wisdom and compassion, and bring complete healing to Christopher. Strengthen Windwold and their family during this time, and help them to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
