We are sorry to hear about your discomfort, Carol, and we want you to know that we are here to pray and believe with you for your healing. Before we begin, we would like to share the word of God with you from 1 Peter 2:24 in the World English Bible. By his wounds you were healed.

The Bible tells us that God sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destruction Psalm 107:20. We believe that the same God will heal you from your sore throat and pain. In Matthew 8:17, the Bible tells us that Jesus himself took our infirmities and bore our diseases. We believe you can declare this promise over your life today.

Let us pray together.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Carol to you. Father, we ask that you touch her body right now and heal her of every infirmity, every sore throat, and every pain she is feeling. We curse the root of this illness and command it to dry up and wither in Jesus' name.

Father, we thank you that by the stripes of Jesus, Carol is healed. We believe and confess that this healing is manifesting in her body right now. We also pray that you will fill her with your peace and comfort as she waits for the manifestation of her healing.

Father, we ask that you guide Carol, that she should remember to acknowledge you in all her ways and lean not on her own understanding. Lord, if there is a need to see a doctor, make it clear to her. Give her ears to hear what your will is. Help her to glorify your name in all she does.

We pray that Carol will grow stronger in her faith in you and that this trial will become a testimony of your goodness and mercy. Thank you for hearing our prayers, Father, for we know that as we have asked in Jesus' name, you will surely bring it to pass.

Carol, remember that healing is the children's bread, and as a child of God, it belongs to you. Keep confessing God's word over your life and keep believing that you are healed, for with God, all things are possible. Do not forget to thank Him for His goodness even in the midst of this storm. We encourage you to obey the voice of the Lord and use wisdom in taking care of your body.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to invite Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we can be saved Acts 4:12. Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and their healing needs to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give this person the strength and patience to follow you and allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. We pray these things in Jesus’ name…amen and amen!
