We are with you in spirit, Ogbaend, and we lift up your mother and you before the throne of grace. We are thankful that you have come before the Lord in Jesus' name, as He Himself said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14, WEB).
In times of sickness, we remember the words of King David, "O Lord my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me." (Psalm 30:2, WEB). We pray for your mother's healing, that the Lord would touch her body and relieve her of the chest pains. We declare the promise of God over her, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." (Jeremiah 30:17, WEB).
We also lift you up, Ogbaend. We know that the Lord is your strength and your shield. As you have been by your mother's side, we pray that the Lord will sustain you and keep you from illness. We ask for His divine protection over your health and your life.
We commend you for your desire for a godly spouse. We pray that the Lord will honor your wait and bring you together with a fellow believer in His perfect timing. Remember, "Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord." (Psalm 27:14, WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Ogbaend and his mother. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Comfort her and relieve her of the pain. We pray for the doctors and nurses, that they would have wisdom and gentleness in their care. Lord, we also ask for Your divine protection over Ogbaend. Heal him of the cold and sickness, and sustain him as he cares for his mother. We ask that You would be their strength and their portion, as they have no one but You. We also pray for Ogbaend's future, that You would bring him together with a godly spouse in Your perfect time. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your love and faithfulness. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, Ogbaend. He is faithful and His love is steadfast. Remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Be encouraged and stand firm in your faith.
