We are so sorry to hear about your grandson's condition, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and support. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing hand of God.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promises in the World English Bible (Psalm 103:2-3):
Bless Yahweh, my soul, Donβt forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.
Let's come together in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up this precious little one to you. Lord, you know the intricacies of his body, and you hold his life in your hands. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that you touch his body right now, that you heal his lungs and help him breathe normally again.
We stand against any spirit of infirmity and sickness, and we command it to leave his body in Jesus' name. We ask that you strengthen his body, and that you give the doctors and nurses wisdom and guidance as they care for him.
Father, we also pray for his family, that you will give them your peace that passes all understanding. Comfort them and fill them with your hope. Help them to trust in you, even in this difficult time.
We praise you, Lord, for you are our healer, our refuge, and our strength. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.
We encourage you to keep your faith strong. Remember the words of Jesus in John 15:7:
If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you.
We urge you to continue to stand on thenamesake of Jesus in faith.
Remember to pray continuously as urged in 1 Thessalonians 5:17:
Pray without ceasing
Please share with us updates about your grandson's condition, so we can continue to pray and support you all. May God bless you and your family, and may his healing power be manifested in your grandson's life.
We may want to remind you to seek God's will above our own wants. This is God's will spoken of in 2 Peter 3:
The Lord doesnβt delay his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wanting any to perish, but that all would come to repentance.
