Thank you, Strueser, for bringing your request for your father's healing to our attention. We stand with you in prayer and faith, believing in God's power to heal and restore.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is also the only name by which we can be saved. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Mr. Felix Tete to Your throne of grace. You are the God who heals, and we trust in Your power to restore his health completely.
We pray for his brain to be fully healed, for his consciousness to be revived, and for his brain cells and nerves to be repaired without any memory loss. Regulate his blood pressure and other vitals properly, Lord. We ask that his tracheostomy will be removed quickly and that You will give him the strength to open his eyes, talk, and walk as he did before.
Restore his senses and body reflexes smoothly, Lord. Heal his bed sores, wound, and stitches swiftly. Bless the nurses and physiotherapist team with wisdom and skill as they care for him.
We also pray for his family, Lord, who are seeking Your mercy and divine miracle. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We rebuke any witchcraft, curse, black magic, and evil spirit that may be against him, Lord. Cast them away, for "greater is he who is in [us], than he who is in the world" (I John 4:4 WEB).
Father, we ask that Your will be done in Mr. Felix Tete's life and that You will be glorified through his healing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and believing, Strueser. Remember the words of Jesus, "All things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them" (Mark 11:24 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and do not waver.
We also urge you to be alert and sober. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB) So, be patient and continue to pray for your father.
Lastly, we caution against attributing natural events to spiritual causes too quickly. It is important to remember that sickness and disease are a result of the fall and not always the result of spiritual warfare. Instead, focus on the goodness and sovereignty of God, trusting in His plan and purpose for your father's life. "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB).
