We are saddened to hear about your child's illness and are here to stand with you in prayer and support. We know that God cares deeply for our children, and His heart is moved by our faith. Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:14 WEB, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'"
In times of sickness, we can trust in God's healing power. As it is written in James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, Your only begotten Son, we come before You, lifting up Syssalia's child to You. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your healing power. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has attacked this precious child, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name.
Lord, we ask that You touch this child's body, healing them from the chest congestion and flu that has been plaguing them. Strengthen their immune system, and bless them with a speedy and complete recovery. We also ask that You fill this child with Your peace and comfort, and that You give their careful parent(s), Syssalia the wisdom and discernment to provide the best care for them.
Father, we thank You that You are faithful and that You have promised to hear and answer our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to heal. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
Syssalia, as parents it is important to do everything to support your children. This includes the spiritual support of praying in faith together believing in the power of God over the health of your child. If your child is old enough, include them in praying in Jesus' name and reading God's word. If appropriate, have them believe in Jesus Christ so you know what their final home will be.
