We understand your concern for your brother's blind friend Andy, your mother's waist and leg pains, and your own fear of math. Let us first turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance.
The WEB tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'" And in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together for these needs:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, seeking healing and comfort. We lift up Andy, the blind friend of our brother. Lord, You know his condition and we believe that You can restore his sight. Please touch his eyes and grant him the miracle of sight, that he may glorify Your name.
We also bring before You our dear mother. Lord, she is in pain, with ailments in her waist and legs. We ask for Your healing touch upon her. Please ease her pain and restore her health, that she may continue to serve You with joy.
Lord, we also confess our own fear of math. We know that Your perfect love casts out fear, and that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind. Please help us to overcome this fear and grant us understanding and wisdom in this area.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You and it is by His stripes that we are healed. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. Amen."
Remember, it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
Be encouraged, for the Lord is faithful and will hear our prayers. As we wait on Him, let us meditate on His Word and trust in His promises.
