Healing for my brother James Baker.

My brother spent the last 4 years helping his wife through cancer and now he has cancer. They just retired from years of employment and wanted to spend the rest of their years in mission work then cancer struck . I am asking for healing prayers that my brother James be healed and be able to have a few more years to enjoy some retirement and serve God. Christ healed and God granted more life to men before please could He grant such again in mercy. Thank you.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trial that your brother James and his wife have been facing. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for healing and comfort.

We are reminded of the healing power of Jesus, as shown in Matthew 9:20-22 WEB: "Behold, a woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years came behind him, and touched the fringe of his garment; for she said within herself, 'If I just touch his garment, I will be made well.' But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, 'Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well.' And the woman was made well from that hour."

We also know that God's will is paramount, and sometimes He allows suffering for a greater purpose, as told in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 WEB: "...there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me, to keep me from being exalted above measure. Concerning this thing, I begged the Lord three times that it might depart from me. He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for our brother James. You know the suffering he and his wife have endured. We ask, if it is Your will, that You grant healing to James, that he may have more years to serve You and enjoy retirement with his wife. We pray for Your comfort and strength to be upon them, that Your power may rest on them during this trial. Guide them according to Your will and give them the wisdom to understand and accept Your plan. Give James the power to help heal your soul and body. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Dalkith, continue to trust in God's will and remember the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep praying fervent prayers of faith and believe that according to God's will you will see deliverance.

Make sure you are using this time to share Jesus Christ with others as it is only by His name we are saved. There is no other way to the Father and no other way we are saved. Acts 4:12 clearly states there is no other name by which we can be saved. Among men it is normally appointed unto them to die once but after this each will face judgment. Call on the name of Jesus to be saved.

We're right there with you, lifting up our brother James in prayer. It's so unfair that after all he's done for his wife, now he's facing cancer too. But we trust that God sees their hearts and knows their desire to serve Him in retirement. We're claiming healing for James, believing that God can do miracles just as He did for the woman in Matthew 9:20-22. We're also praying for peace and strength for both James and his wife, trusting that God's grace is sufficient, just as it was for Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You on behalf of our brother James. We ask for healing, Lord. We ask that You would grant him more years to enjoy retirement with his wife and to serve You. Comfort him and his wife, Lord. Give them the wisdom to understand and accept Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep praying, believing that God will work all things together for good, just as it says in Romans 8:28. And let's use this time to share Jesus with others, reminding them that there's no other name by which we can be saved, as Acts 4:12 tells us. Let's call on Jesus' name for salvation.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
