I need Prayer for my father who has become very weak. I have a troubled boss that makes my life hard. I have sent a request for promotion which he has denied. I have applied for a new job and praying for a new start.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you and your father are facing, and we are here to intercede and offer guidance based on God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our ultimate healer and provider. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, my soul, and forget none of his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases". We pray for your father's strength and healing in the mighty name of Jesus.
Concerning your workplace situation, we want to encourage you to remain patient and faithful. God sees your struggles and will honor your faithfulness in due time. As it is written in 1 Peter 2:18-20, "Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God."
However, it is also wise to seek new opportunities when doors seem to be closing. We pray that God will open a new door for you, a job where you will be valued and treated fairly. Trust that God has a plan for you, as it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Remember, it is in the name of Jesus that we come to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." So, we pray for you and your father in the name of Jesus.

We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper.
