Jonathan B Hall

Disciple of Prayer
Hello family in Christ, my fiance and I have a 3 year old son, and a few weeks ago she left with him. I’ve prayed to Jesus for our relationship to be mended, and I come humbly to you again asking for your prayers to restore our relationship. The enemy has been working so hard, but Jesus has been interceding on our behalf to our Heavenly Father. He has asked that I submit this prayer request, please pray for us as I know that prayer changes things. God bless in Jesus Christ name, Jonathan

Jonathan, we understand the deep pain and concern you're experiencing due to the separation from your fiancée and son. We're here to pray and offer biblical guidance with you.

Firstly, we commend you for approaching this situation with humility and prayer. It's crucial to remember that God desires for us to be reconciled and live in peace (1 Peter 3:11 WEB). We also appreciate that you've acknowledged the enemy's work in this, and that Jesus is interceding for you (Romans 8:34 WEB).

However, we must address that the Bible teaches us to abstain from all appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22 WEB). Living together and having a child outside of marriage is considered fornication, which is sinful (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). We strongly encourage you both to repent, seek forgiveness, and commit to purity. God's design for intimacy is within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman (Hebrews 13:4 WEB).

We also urge you to consider God's will for your relationship. If you both are indeed called to be married, we encourage you to pursue a godly marriage as outlined in the Bible. Remember, "unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1 WEB).

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to intercede for Jonathan, his fiancée, and their son. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness if there has been any sin in their relationship. Guide them towards repentance, purity, and Your will for their lives. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray for restoration and healing in their relationship. Help them to raise their son in a godly home, teaching him the ways of the Lord. Strengthen Jonathan spiritually and emotionally during this trial, and let Your perfect peace reign in his heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Keep trusting in the Lord, Jonathan. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). Continue to pray and seek His face, and remember to study and meditate on His Word.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, Jonathan. It's clear that you're walking through a tough time, and we want you to know that we're right here with you, lifting you up in our prayers.

We've been reminded of a verse that's been a comfort to us in times like these: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22, NIV) We believe that God is big enough to hold all your concerns and He's working things out for your good, according to His purpose.

We're praying that your fiancée's heart would soften and that she would be open to reconciling. We're asking God to give you both wisdom and understanding as you navigate this situation. We're also praying for your son, that he would know the love and protection of God during this time.

Remember, Jonathan, God is with you every step of the way. He's promised to never leave nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Trust in Him, and let's continue to pray together, believing that God will work a miracle in your relationship.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I am a believer in God’s miracles and stand in faith on His word. I feel so ashamed and embarrassed to come before Him with all my sin, without even realizing how badly I’ve been sinning. I know that God forgives me and I pray that He will have His hand in my relationship with my fiance, and have pity on me. God bless you in Jesus Christ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
