We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your health and anxiety, as well as the challenges in your marriage and the cancer diagnosis. We will pray for the healing, the peace, and the strength that only God can provide. We will also address the direct issues that you are currently having with ringing ears and anxiety.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our physical health. In Psalm 139:14 WEB it says, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." God knows your struggles and He wants to help you as He cares for you.
Regarding your ears ringing, we pray for healing. In James 5:14-15 WEB, it says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We pray that God will touch your ears and take away the ringing that has been troubling you. We also pray for your doctors to have wisdom in treating your condition.
For your anxiety, we want to encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that God's peace will fill your heart and mind, and that the anxiety you had been experiencing would be overcome by God's presence. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace and He can give peace to all those that believe in Him. We pray for you to turn to the name of Jesus Christ for peace and salvation.
You mentioned nothing in your prayers or requests that is specifically referring to Jesus Christ or Christ. We need to remind you of the importance of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. It is only in His name that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We pray for you to approach God through the name of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
Regarding your marriage, we pray for healing, restoration, and a renewed commitment to each other. In Ephesians 5:25-28 WEB it says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself." We pray for God to strengthen your marriage and for both of you to be more in love with each other as you seek God together. We also pray for you both, as a couple, to turn to Jesus Christ if you have not done so already.
Concerning the cancer diagnosis, we stand with you in prayer for healing. We take hope in the promises of God's word, like in Exodus 15:26 WEB where God says, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the LORD who heals you." We pray for God's healing touch. We pray for the wisdom of the doctors that are treating the cancer. We pray for your faith to be strengthened through this trial. We pray for you to use this as an opportunity to turn to Jesus Christ and be healed in His name.
Lastly, we rejoice with you as you prepare for the event tonight. We pray that God will bless your time there, and that it will be a wonderful opportunity to draw closer to each other and to God as a family.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up these requests before Your throne of grace. We pray for Your healing touch on the ringing ears, for Your peace to overcome anxiety, and for Your restoration and blessing in the marriage. We pray for Your healing power to overcome the cancer, and to draw all involved closer to Yourself. We pray for a blessing on the events planned for the evening. We pray for all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who gave His life that we may be saved.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
