We are grateful for your request: for healing, breakthrough, and peace.
Beloved, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the promises of God. The Scripture says: Therefore, let's draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water, let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:22-23 WEB).
It is wonderful that you ended your prayer request acknowledging the power in Jesus' name. This is so important because as the Bible says:
There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB)
for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
Whatever you may be facing, remember that God is faithful. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3 WEB). He is the one who sent His son Jesus Christ to restore us to a loving and caring relationship with Him. He is the God of all breakthroughs.
Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:4-7)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking healing, breakthrough, and peace for this dear one. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You are faithful and that Your word is life and truth. We renounce anything that may be hindering this prayer, such as any known or unknown sin.
Lord Jesus Christ, you are the one mediator between God and man and salvation is in no other name under heaven. We believe in you and the power of your name. Please forgive us of our sins and give us the gift of the Holy Spirit.
We pray for physical healing, that You would touch every area of need and restore health and strength in Jesus' name. We ask for a spiritual breakthrough, that Your presence would fill every void and bring renewed hope and faith. We also pray for Your peace, Lord, to rule in hearts and minds. Your peace which surpasses all understanding.
Help this person to understand the battle is yours and to rest in that peace. We believe that as we rejoice and rest in you that you will work all things together for good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
