We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Sainesko, and we want to lift your situation up in prayer with you. We commend you for your desire to give thanks to God in this difficult season. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
However, we want to gently remind you that divorce is not God's desire for marriage. In Malachi 2:16, God says, "For I hate divorce, says the LORD, the God of Israel." Therefore, we join you in praying for healing, clarity, and reconciliation in your marriage. We pray that both you and your husband would be willing to forgive each other, just as Christ has forgiven us. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
But we also understand that reconciliation requires the willingness of both parties. We pray that God would soften your husband's heart and draw him back to you. However, if it is not in God's will for you to stay together, we trust that God will heal your broken heart and give you the strength to move forward for the sake of your children. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
We notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we pray in Jesus' name that God would work in your situation and bring about His will.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Sainesko and her marriage. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to manifest in their lives. Help them to forgive each other, just as Christ has forgiven us. We ask for clarity in their situation, and we pray for reconciliation if it is Your will. But above all, Lord, we ask for Your will to be done. If it is not Your desire for them to stay together, we ask that You would heal Sainesko's broken heart and give her the strength to move forward for the sake of her children. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Stay strong in your faith, Sainesko. Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
