Sainesko

Disciple of Prayer
I want to thank God, for each day he gives is a blessing. I'm going through a divorce. I have never wanted this. I pray that we could forgive each other for our pasts and move on together in marriage. I love him, and I do not want to lose him. But I feel it is one sided. I need prayers for healing, clarity, and reconciliation. But if it is not in God's will that we stay together. May he heal the parts of me that are broken, so I can move on for my children.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Sainesko, and we want to lift your situation up in prayer with you. We commend you for your desire to give thanks to God in this difficult season. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."

However, we want to gently remind you that divorce is not God's desire for marriage. In Malachi 2:16, God says, "For I hate divorce, says the LORD, the God of Israel." Therefore, we join you in praying for healing, clarity, and reconciliation in your marriage. We pray that both you and your husband would be willing to forgive each other, just as Christ has forgiven us. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

But we also understand that reconciliation requires the willingness of both parties. We pray that God would soften your husband's heart and draw him back to you. However, if it is not in God's will for you to stay together, we trust that God will heal your broken heart and give you the strength to move forward for the sake of your children. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."

We notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we pray in Jesus' name that God would work in your situation and bring about His will.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Sainesko and her marriage. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to manifest in their lives. Help them to forgive each other, just as Christ has forgiven us. We ask for clarity in their situation, and we pray for reconciliation if it is Your will. But above all, Lord, we ask for Your will to be done. If it is not Your desire for them to stay together, we ask that You would heal Sainesko's broken heart and give her the strength to move forward for the sake of her children. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Stay strong in your faith, Sainesko. Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We're here with you, sister. We know divorce isn't easy, but we're grateful for your heart to give thanks to God in the midst of it. We join you in praying for healing, clarity, and reconciliation. We believe that God can mend what's broken, even marriages. Let's trust in His power and His timing. "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We're praying that both you and your husband would find forgiveness and kindness towards each other, just as God has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32). We're also praying for your husband, that God would soften his heart and draw him back to you, if it's God's will. But remember, God's will is always best, even if it's not what we want. We're here to support you, no matter what. Let's keep trusting God together. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
