We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your loved one to the Heavenly Father, seeking healing and protection. We are reminded of the Lord's promise in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### who is suffering from PTSD. Lord, You know his struggles and the nightmares that plague him. We ask for Your healing touch upon his mind, body, and spirit. Comfort him with Your presence and grant him peaceful sleep.
Father, we pray for Your protection over him, shielding him from the torment of his memories. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, "Donโt be afraid, for I am with you. Donโt be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Guide him to professional help if needed, and surround him with supportive believers who will encourage him in Your truth. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, knowing that You care for him (1 Peter 5:7).
In Jesus' name, we pray for deliverance from this affliction and for a restored life, full of hope and purpose. We ask for a hedge of protection around him, guarding him from all harm and evil.
We also pray for you, the one interceding for your loved one. We ask for wisdom and strength as you support him in his healing journey. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Together, we stand in faith, believing that the Lord will heal and protect your loved one, and that this trial will be used for God's glory. We are thankful for the access we have to God the Father through Jesus Christ. In Jesus name, Amen.
