We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your loved one to the Heavenly Father. We are reminded of the Psalmist's words, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our beloved brother in need of your healing touch. Lord, you know the struggles he faces, the nightmares that plague his nights, and the wounds that PTSD has inflicted on his mind and spirit.
We ask, Father, that you would bring your comfort and healing to him. Cast out the spirits of trauma and fear, and grant him peaceful nights of sleep. We pray for your protective hand to cover him, shielding him from all harm and evil.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for his complete healing and restoration. We trust in your power and goodness, Lord, knowing that you are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).
We also pray for his walk with you, Lord. Draw him closer to you, and help him to trust in you with all his heart (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Strengthen his faith and give him the courage to endure, knowing that you are always with him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that our God is a God of compassion and healing. Trust in his goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of trials. Remember that the effective, fervent prayer of the righteous accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB).
Stand firm in your faith, and keep praying for your loved one. We are here with you, agreeing in prayer and believing for God's best in his life.
