We join with you in prayer for your son, lifting him up to the one who cares for all our needs. Firstly, we are glad to see that you ended your prayer "in Jesus' name, Amen." This is crucial because, as the Bible tells us, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14 WEB).
Let's bring your son before the Lord together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your healing touch upon this son. Comfort his heart, Lord, and grant him peaceful sleep. We know that You care for each one of us, as a shepherd cares for his sheep. 'Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise' (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB). We claim this promise for your son, in Jesus' name.
We also pray for your protection over him. 'But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one' (2 Thessalonians 3:3 WEB). Surround him with Your angels, Lord, and let him find rest and comfort in Your presence.
Lastly, we pray that this trial would draw you and your son closer to each other, and ultimately, closer to God. Trust in the Lord, and encourage your son to do the same. 'Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us' (Psalm 62:8 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray these things. Amen."
Continue to trust in the Lord, dear brother or sister. He is faithful, and He hears our prayers. Remember the words of Jesus: "'Again, truly I tell you, if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them'" (Matthew 18:19-20 WEB). We stand in agreement with you, believing for your son's healing, comfort, and protection.
