We join with you, Anonymous, in lifting up your son before the throne of grace. It's wonderful that you've ended your prayer in the powerful name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to God, as it is written: "In that day you will ask in my name; and I don't say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came forth from God." (John 16:26-27 WEB)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking Your divine healing and protection for our dear brother's son. Lord, You know his needs, his pains, and his fears. We ask that You comfort him, ease his suffering, and grant him peaceful sleep. As Your Word says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB)
We also pray for his salvation, if he does not yet know Jesus as his personal Savior. May this trial draw him closer to You, Lord, and may he come to understand the incredible love You have for him, demonstrated through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, protection, and comfort. Amen.
Encourage your son with these words from Scripture: "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB) Remind him that God loves him deeply and is always with him, even in times of trouble. Trust in the Lord's goodness and faithfulness, and may your entire family be drawn closer to Him during this time.
Continue to pray fervently, and don't hesitate to seek the support of your fellow believers. As the body of Christ, we are called to bear one another's burdens and lift each other up in prayer. Stay steadfast in faith, and trust that the Lord will hear and answer your prayers according to His will.

We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
