We stand with you in prayer for your son, pleading the blood of Jesus over his life for healing and protection. We are grateful that you have brought this request in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes that we are healed.
Let us remind and encourage ourselves to pray in Jesus name, this is clear in John 14:6 Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of this dear son. You are the Great Physician, and there is no burden too heavy for You to bear. We plead the blood of Jesus over his life and ask for Your healing touch to rid him of the nightmares and PTSD that plague him.
We pray for Your comfort and peace to envelop him, casting out all fear and anxiety. We declare that Your perfect love drives out all fear (1 John 4:18), and we ask for Your love to surround him and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for Your protection over his life. We claim Psalm 91 over him, that no harm will befall him, and no disaster will come near his tent. The Lord gave the angels charge over him, to keep him in all his ways (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we ask for a hedge of protection around him, and we cancel every assignment of the enemy against his life. We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper, and we rebuke every spirit of trauma, fear, and torment in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom for the parents. Guide them with Your counsel and give them the strength and patience to support their son through this healing journey.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in Your promises, and we believe that Your will is for him to be healed and whole. We receive Your healing and protection by faith and pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, for God is faithful, and He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Continue to pray and trust in the Lord, for His will is to see your son healed and whole. Be encouraged by these words of scripture:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Another thing to keep in mind is to pray for and encourage your son to seek the Lord for himself. Being encouraged from you is wonderful, but seeking God for himself is priceless when he has the strength.
