Healing and protection for my ### son

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for my ### son, please comfort him and help him sleep without the nightmares from PTSD, in Jesus' name, Amen

We stand with you in prayer for your son's healing and protection. In Jesus' name, we come together to lift up your son's needs before our Heavenly Father.

Firstly, we thank you for praying in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is this name that we are saved by. “In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.” (Ephesians 3:12,WEB).

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we bring before You our dear brother's son, who is precious in Your sight. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, that You would comfort him and deliver him from the nightmares and PTSD that have been tormenting him.

Lord, You are the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from You. (2 Corinthians 1:3-4,WEB) Please wrap Your loving arms around him and give him peace.

We pray for Your protection over him, that You would guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7,WEB) We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper, and that You would give Your angels charge over him, to keep him in all his ways. (Isaiah 54:17, Psalm 91:11,WEB)

Father, we also pray for his salvation, that if he does not already know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, that You would draw him to Yourself and grant him the gift of eternal life that we have and enjoy.

In Jesus' name, we pray for his complete healing and restoration, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear friend, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. (James 5:16,WEB) Trust in the Lord, for He cares for you and your son. (1 Peter 5:7,WEB) Stand firm in faith, and see the salvation of the Lord on behalf of your son. (Exodus 14:13,WEB)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
