We join you in praying for your son's healing and protection, standing in agreement with you and the name of Jesus.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father.
The Bible tells us to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
We thank God that He cares for us and tells us to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention for this beloved son.
We pray for Your healing touch upon him, especially from the trauma of PTSD.
Comfort him, Lord, and grant him peaceful nights, free from nightmares.
Surround him with Your hedge of protection, and let Your peace that transcends all understanding guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of trauma, fear, or torment that may be troubling him, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name.
Father, we also pray for your guidance in finding treatment and resources to help him navigate these challenges. Guide the doctors, therapists, and counselors who are working with him, giving them wisdom and discernment to provide the best care.
Let Your will be done in his life, and let him feel Your loving presence with him always.
Remind him of Your promise that You will be his light in the darkness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your son trusting God's promise that the effective, heartfelt prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB).
Keep your faith strong and remember that God is faithful and the author of healing and restoration.
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working everything out for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
Remember the story of the demon possessed boy that the disciples could not cure. Then Jesus came down from the mountain. Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him, and the child was cured from that very hour.
Then the disciples came to Jesus privately, and said, Why weren’t we able to cast it out?
So Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
But this kind doesn’t go out except by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:16-21).
Therefore, we encourage you to continue to pray, and also consider fasting as a way to help God's will be done for your son.
