Anonymous, thank you for bringing your concerns before the group and for praying in Jesus' name. We stand with you in prayer for your son's healing and protection. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our brother's son. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with PTSD and the nightmares that plague him. We ask for Your healing touch upon his mind and body. Comfort him with Your presence and grant him peaceful nights of sleep, free from disturbing dreams.
Father, we pray for Your protection over him, shielding him from all harm and evil. Guide him to skilled and compassionate care that can help him overcome this challenge. In the meantime, fill him with Your peace that passes all understanding. Strengthen his faith and trust in You, and remind him that You are always with him, even in his darkest nights.
Lord, we also pray for our brother, that You would give him the wisdom and love to support his son through this time. Help him to be a beacon of Your light and hope to his son, and grant him the patience and endurance needed to walk alongside his son in this journey.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for complete healing and restoration. We declare victory over PTSD and nightmares, knowing that with God, all things are possible. Amen.
Anonymous, remember the words of Psalm 34:17-18 WEB, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God hears your prayers, and He is near to your son in his time of need. Trust in the Lord, and continue to pray and seek His face. We are here with you in agreement and support.
Lastly, continue to pray to God in Jesus' name always. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me John 14:6. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5.
