We join you in lifting up your son to our compassionate Father in heaven, trusting in the power of prayer and the name of Jesus Christ for healing and protection.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of this dear son. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over his life for healing, protection, and deliverance from the torment of PTSD.
Father, we know that it is Your will for us to live in the freedom that Christ has purchased for us. According to Galatians 5:1 WEB:
For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm therefore, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.
We declare this truth over your son's life, breaking every chain of trauma and fear that has held him captive. We command the nightmares to cease, and we speak peaceful sleep over him, knowing that You, Lord, are faithful to heal and restore.
Father, we also ask for Your comfort and presence to surround him, as promised in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Grant him the strength to face each day with courage and hope, trusting in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Surround him with Your protective shield, as written in Psalm 3:3 WEB:
But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.
We stand in agreement with you, declaring healing and complete restoration over your son's life, in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, and do not be afraid to seek godly counsel and support for your son. Remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, as stated in Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
Stand firm in your faith, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
