We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your son to our loving Heavenly Father, seeking his healing and protection. We stand on the promises of God's Word, knowing that He cares deeply for your son and wants to bring him comfort and peace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up the son of our fellow believer. Father, You know the struggles he faces due to PTSD, the nightmares that plague his sleep, and the discomfort that troubles his days. We ask for Your divine healing touch upon his life, both physically and emotionally.
Father, we know that Jesus Himself said in Matthew 11:28 WEB Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls . Comfort our brother in Christ.
We pray for Your supernatural protection over him, guarding his mind and his heart from the traumas he has experienced. We declare that no weapon that is formed against him will prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment he will condemn in Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
Father, we also ask for Your Holy Spirit to guide those who are providing care for him, giving them wisdom and discernment to help him in the best way possible. We know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Help him to overcome these struggles and live victoriously in Christ.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of fear and trauma that may be tormenting him. We command it to leave and never return, for Jesus has given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt us in Luke 10:19 WEB.
Father, we thank You for the peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:7 WEB. We ask that You help him sleep peacefully, free from nightmares, and wake up each day renewed and strengthened by Your presence.
In Jesus' name, we pray for his complete healing and restoration. We thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen.
We encourage you, Anonymous, to continue standing in faith for your son's healing. Keep praying and trusting in the Lord. Remember that God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit in Psalm 34:18 WEB.
We also encourage your son to seek Christian professional help for his PTSD. God often uses trained professionals to bring healing and wholeness. Remind him that God's strength is made perfect in weakness in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB.
Lastly, we want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only through His name that we can be saved in Acts 4:12 WEB. Keep trusting in Him, and He will honor your faith.
