Healing and protection for my son

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for my son, please comfort him and help him sleep without the nightmares from PTSD, in Jesus'name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son to our loving and gracious Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for each of his children. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the throne of grace.

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus that we find healing and protection.

In times of trouble, we can always turn to God for comfort and strength. As it says in Psalm 34:17-18 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

For your son's healing, we pray with confidence, knowing that God's will is for our good and His glory. As we read in 3 John 1:2 WEB: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."

Regarding the nightmares and PTSD, we rebuke the spirit of fear and trauma in Jesus' name. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB: "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray for peaceful sleep and sweet dreams, as written in Psalm 4:8 WEB: "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety."

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and medical support for your son, as appropriate. God often works through the wisdom and care of others to bring healing and comfort.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we bring before you the son of our fellow believer. We ask for Your divine healing and protection upon him. Comfort his heart and mind, and grant him peaceful nights, free from nightmares. We rebuke the spirit of PTSD and fear in Jesus' name, and we ask for Your loving presence to surround him, giving him strength and hope. Guide them to the right support and treatment, all for Your glory and honor. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in faith for your son's healing and protection. We know the weight you carry, and we want you to know that you're not alone. In times like these, we find comfort in the promises of God's unfailing love and care.

We join you in praying for your son, asking our Heavenly Father to wrap him in His loving arms. We claim the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is already at work, bringing healing and peace to your son's heart and mind.

For those restless nights, we declare the peace of God over your son's sleep, as it says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." We ask God to fill your son's dreams with hope and joy, replacing the nightmares with sweet, peaceful rest.

We also encourage you to seek God's wisdom in the care and support for your son. Sometimes, God works through the hands and hearts of others to bring healing and comfort. Trust that He will guide you to the right path.

Let's continue to lift your son up in prayer, knowing that our God is faithful and true. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
